City-bound cars make U-turns here.
However, they did not realise that by closing the breaks in the road, cars on Kenny Rogers/Pelangi Condo side of the road wishing to head to the city would have to make a U-turn at the Genting Kelang-Jalan Perusahaan junction. Since the traffic lights there have a habit of turning red too fast, jam is created here. It is only a matter of time when a long bottle neck happens to frustrate everyone.City-bound cars make U-turns here.
The junction near Pizza Hut into the slip road to Air Panas now clear of traffic early in the mornings. Note the divider at right.

Yalol..normally I would use the previous opening to get across the road towards Wangsa Maju direction to work..now I have to go thru Jalan Perusahaan and get back to the traffic light...........sigh
I think it was a good move.
First of all, it can ease the jam as the current road on kenny rogers side is 2. when the road turning into pizza hut is blocked by cars, then it will create a havoc or jam on this side of the road. People not from this area wouldn't there is a turning into pizza hut and there is chance of mishap when they try to change lane from right to left. In fact, it occurs most of the time and slow down the traffic.
second, this area is very prone to accident. cars are coming from 3 directions, kenny rogers to pizza hut, pizza hut to kenny rogers and incoming cars from jln genting kelang. With the traffic in 3 directions, it does bring accident especially during high traffic.
I always believe in driving safe than risking your life. Thus, I always prefer to go straight to the road on kenny roger side till the traffic light before making a U-turn. That is 100% safe than risking to turn into pizza hut direction during high traffic time.
It could also be better to find alternative routes other than this one.
