This is a new drain cover put across some road shoulders in Wangsa Melawati area. They are made of worthless material - some kind of plastic. Why they are in place is because some idiots are stealing the metallic ones and selling them to junkyards. And the authorities have no brains to go catch them. Hence these - as additional expenditure - are used now. However, whether they are strong enough or not to sustain a person's weaight or will it deteriorate, only time will tell. Meanwhile, let's hope the thieves will not get to them I heard there's demand for fibre plastic...

the same as the spare part car towkays who keep buying stolen cars from car thieves like all Proton Satria GTi spare parts ar spare part shops are boiunde to be from stolen vehicle.

But it will be asier if businesses just use common sense and refuse suspiciaous products!!
