Best Terengganu Nasi Dagang Is Available Here

Difference between nasi dagang Terengganu and Kelantan's is that the rice is white. And Terengganu nasi dagang tastes a whole lot better!
IF you crave for a good nasi dagang, Terengganu nasi dagang, that is, head to Platinum Walk at Danau Kota. A newly open restaurant by the name of D'Ganu Station could just be the place you should head to.

Its owners, from Kemaman, opened shop barely a month ago when we passed by the place and decided to give it a try. I am pleased to report that the RM4 for a plate of nasi dagang Terengganu is definitely worth it. You get two chunks of boneless tuna (ikan aya, in Malay) and you can enjoy the rice which is one of the best of Terengganu I have tasted so far.

Of course, don't just stop at that - there are many more Terengganu delicacies that you should try, such as the pengat pisang (banana broth), keropok lekor (fish sausages) and the likes.

You get two chunks of tuna in a very delicious curry. Hot, too!

The restaurant is located in the middle row of Platinum Walk, beside the Fatty Prawn fishing outlet. D'Ganu opens from 8am. If you still can't find the way, call the number on the menu card, featured below.

Got Car, Just Park lah!

See how some people can get away with murder? This taxi was seen parked at the roundabout at Taman Desa Setapak. How silly can you get? Roundabouts are for traffic diversion and to spruce up the surroundings. But from the look of this vandal, he couldn't care less where he leaves his car - even if it means driving up public property. And if the authorities decide to summons him, he will be all too quick to cry foul. Is there law and order anymore in Wangsa maju?

Big Signs - But Did You Notice Them?

Was told that this big signs came up early this year. Didn't notice them at all as a matter of fact. Only when I was alerted to it again did I see this piece, mounted on top of the bridge at the Chong Hwa Primary School.

Wonder what the school authorities are doing about it. From the huge size, it looks precarious to me. Let's hope in strong wind, it wont come crashing down - or worse, drag the entire roof off this bridge with it.

Why is City Hall allowing such pain-sized billboards in the city? The city is not colourful enough izzit? Perhaps City Hall can allow its trucks and vehicles to have advertising panels too. And maybe even advertising badges on its enforcers?

Imagine a DBKL officer issuing summonses on illegal parking wearing and advertising badge on his sleeves that says: "Minum Milo, Anda Jadi Kuat Dan Sihat!"
